Edfu Temple :

this temple was built by the Ptolemies who ruled Egypt after Alexander the great , and it was completed by the Romans in the honor of the God Horus the revenger who could  avenged hif father's death and captured his  uncle God seth of evil  and put an end for his powers.the procession of the feast of the good union used to held there in this temple when the goddess hathor sacred boat was brought from dendara to meet her husband Horus every year.

After visiting Edfu temple you will drive around 60 km to reach Komombo Temple .

Komombo temple:

It's situated on hill  where you are able to see a panoramic view for the River Nile.

this temple is equally divided into two halves , one was dedicated to the God Horus the Elder the representative of the good and the other half for the God Sobek (Crocodile) God of evil. there are some portraits on the walls of this temple such as the surgical instruments list used in ancient times and the ancient Egyptian calender.
