This morning at 5 a.m. (exact details will be confirmed locally) you will be picked from the Hotel accompanied by our Egyptologist Tour guide by private air conditioned bus in a day tour to discover the amazing Temples of Edfu & Komombo from Luxor. On the way to there; you will enjoy watching the rural life of Egypt through driving in the agricultural road to Edfu & Komombo then you complete your journey to Aswan where you check in your hotel .

Edfu Temple : 

 It is located around 120 km to the south of Luxor. This amazing temple is one of the most preserved temples in Egypt with its elegant reliefs and vivid colors. It will take you back through the time to see the greatness of the ancient Egyptian architecture and art.

This temple was built by the Ptolemies who ruled Egypt after Alexander the Great, and it was completed by the Romans in the honor of the God Horus the revenger who could avenged his father's death and captured his uncle God seth of evil  and put an end for his powers. The procession of the feast of the good union used to be held there in this temple when the goddess hathor sacred boat was brought from Dendara to meet her husband Horus every year.

After visiting Edfu temple you will drive around 60 km to reach Komombo Temple .

Komombo Temple:

It's situated on hill where you are able to see a panoramic view for the River Nile. This temple is equally divided into two sections equally, one was dedicated to the God Horus the Elder the representative of the good and the other half for the God Sobek (Crocodile) God of evil. There are some portraits on the walls of this temple such as the surgical instruments list used in ancient times and the ancient Egyptian calender.
