Day 2

August 2, 2027, Monday The highlight of your trip is today, when you will be able to watch one of the most amazing astronomical phenomena in the world—the Total Solar Eclipse Egypt 2027. After breakfast, travel to the fabled West Bank of Luxor to see the famous Colossi of Memnon, the spectacular Valley of the Kings (which includes access to three royal tombs), and the magnificent Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. Experience the magnificent total solar eclipse in Egypt late in the morning from Luxor, which is regarded as one of the top locations for solar eclipse viewing in Egypt. Enjoy the pivotal moment of your Egypt Solar Eclipse Tour 2027 when the Moon totally obscures the Sun during one of the longest total solar eclipses of the twenty-first century. Note: The open space of Luxor's Karnak Temple will be the site of the eclipse viewing.
